Kintila Agents
Data deletion
Last updated: September 16, 2026
How to delete the data Kintila Agents holds about you, and how to revoke access to your connected accounts.
1. Disconnect a social account
Open Accounts (or Results → Accounts) and press “Disconnect” on the account you want. Immediately: the app unsubscribes from that account's webhook — Meta stops sending us anything about it — and the stored access token is deleted from our database. No copy of the token is kept.
2. Revoke from the network itself
You can also remove our access without signing in. Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Kintila Agents → Remove. TikTok: Settings → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions. LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Third-party services.
3. Delete your account and all of its content
Write to [email protected] from the email you registered with, subject “Data deletion”. We confirm the request and delete, within 30 days at most: your brands, scripts, ideas, designs, videos and transcripts, connected accounts and their tokens, brand documents and learnings, and your agents' conversations. We email you when it is done.
4. What is kept, and why
Audit records (who signed in, what changed, what was published) are kept for up to 12 months for security, and payment records for as long as tax law requires. Neither contains the content of your messages or your tokens.
5. How long it takes
Disconnecting an account is immediate. A full deletion request is confirmed within 72 business hours and executed within 30 days.
